Laughter reduces stress. I have lot of final projects and exams at the moment which means rush, stress, weariness... I saw the video below and I felt more calm, less stress. As certain studies have shown, laughter actually may increase our sense of control. Seriously, I confirm that joy in your body brings health.

Definitely, laughter and humor are a positive and hopeful attitude which help to soften our day. As Patty Wooten affirm, "laughter provides an opportunity for the release of uncomfortable emotions which, if held inside, may create biochemical changes that are harmful to the body". Yup! We do not need too much sometimes. Just a smile, just laughing... a simple act which help to regain self-confindence.
